Subtitle Description

Thrifty projects always asking for MDF doors to meet the basic save guarding requirements while demand less costs.

Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, often in a deliberator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure.  MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibers, but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board.

Moreover, the MDF doors we make are not only use MDF boards. We use the veneered MDF boards. Veneered MDF provides many of the advantages of MDF with a decorative melamine veneer surface layer. Making veneered MDF is a complex procedure, which involves taking a thin piece of surface decorated melamine board with paper impregnated thermosetting resins and then through high pressure and stretching methods wrapping them around the profiled MDF boards.

Veneered MDF door patterns are made by rigid moulds therefore can’t be changed subjectively. For mass production, we can create a new mould according to the specific pattern you need.

Before that, let’s look through models and find out your favorites.
